Upon acquisition IPA carried out significant renovations to improve the property’s appeal, placed key tenants, and eventually sold the property while retaining management oversight.

This retail building was developed by IPA in cooperation with Staples stores. The building fronts a highway for prime visibility and is part of a 29-acre, mixed-use development.
