Avenida is a new community under development in Chandler, Arizona, with easy access to premium shopping, dining, and employment centers. The community will feature 322 well-appointed apartment homes and an array of resort-style amenities including a fitness pool, a splash pool, a modern clubhouse, a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor kitchen, multiple barbecue areas, a bark park, and water features. IPA serves as developer, owner, and manager.

This distinctive apartment community is located on more than 48 acres of rolling, wooded land. Roads and buildings have been carefully situated to preserve the natural surroundings for 366 apartment homes. Premium community amenities include a clubhouse, a heated swimming pool and bathhouse, tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, a children’s playground, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. As owner, developer, and manager IPA has been responsible for all aspects of this development.

Located on 34 wooded acres, this community offers 192 apartment homes in 18 residential buildings. Resort-style community amenities include a clubhouse with a heated swimming pool, fitness center, business center, tennis court, and children’s playground. From land acquisition and financing through zoning, construction, and management, IPA has been responsible for all aspects of this development project.

These condominiums are part of a 48-acre IPA development on scenic, wooded dunes. They feature well-designed floor plans and a full range of premium amenities including a clubhouse, a fitness center, a playground, sports courts, and a heated pool with bathhouse.

IPA acquired this property in 2007 and implemented significant renovations to reposition the property in the marketplace. The 260-unit community features two swimming pools, a whirlpool, a children's playground, and a fitness center.

This IPA development project began with 31 vacant acres; now the property contains 376 apartment homes in 19 buildings. Residents enjoy many community amenities including a 6,000 sf clubhouse, a fitness center, a heated swimming pool with bathhouse, tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, a playground, and a dog park. In 2007, IPA brokered the sale of the property but continued to oversee the management of the community.

Located on 65 acres of rolling, wooded land, this development offers more than 360 apartment homes and fully amenitized with a state-of-the-art clubhouse, a heated swimming pool, a fitness center, walking trails, tennis courts, and a putting green. IPA has been responsible for all aspects of development of this project from land assemblage through construction, and continues to own and manage the property.
