Located adjacent to a community hospital, this medical center contains more than 74,000 sf and houses a pharmacy, a women’s health clinic, a medical spa, and eleven other medical practices. IPA coordinated hospital-physician relationships, financing, zoning, public relations, site and architectural design, construction, leasing, and individual suite build-outs. IPA continues to oversee the management of this property including leasing and suite buildouts.

Mercy General Health Pavillion

IPA served as both owner and developer for this project, overseeing land acquisition, financing, rezoning, site engineering, architectural design, construction, and management. The building is master-leased by a hospital, and IPA worked closely with hospital leaders to create a facility that reflected their goals. The facility contains more than 53,000 sf, and offers laboratory and x-ray services, a pharmacy, a dozen multi-physician practices, an optical center, and a spacious lobby with a coffee shop. After several years of management and ownership, IPA located a suitable buyer and negotiated the sale of the property.
