In addition to being a partner at IPA, Scott is the President of Brooks Capital Management (BCM), established after the family divested a large, investment-grade, third-generation family soft drink business.  As President of BCM, Scott is responsible for overseeing and managing a diversified investment portfolio consisting of real estate, private equity, public securities and alternative investments.  As part of their private equity portfolio, Scott held leadership positions at AcceleraRomar, one of the largest full-service training companies serving the pharmaceutical and biotech industries based in Baltimore, MD. Scott enjoys incorporating expertise in Project Management, technology application, and overall best practices accumulated from his varied business background into the dynamic commercial real estate industry in which IPA operates.

Scott is a member of the Young Presidents Organization, a graduate of Leadership Holland, and is actively involved in many community and regional initiatives. He holds degrees from Culver Military Academy and the University of Vermont and currently resides in Michigan with his wife, Amanda, and their three children.
