Bob Diamond has a legal career spanning more than 30 years, with far-reaching experience in complex matters of real estate law. He serves as a partner in IPA, and also as a partner and General Counsel for Brooks Capital Management.
Throughout his extensive legal career, Bob's experience in real estate law has included syndication for multi-family housing, offices, membership clubs, and golf courses, as well as state and federal securities law compliance, and the structuring and drafting of complex limited partnership and limited liability companies.
He has also structured, negotiated, and documented numerous real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leases including multi-family developments, industrial buildings, retail centers, and professional office buildings.
Bob graduated magna cum laude both from Eastern Michigan University and from Wayne State University, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Wayne Law Review.
He and his wife reside in West Michigan and have three children.
