The Village at 48 West
Student Housing Village
This student-focused community offers high-tech amenities in a unique downtown concept that features a game room, 24-hour fitness center, theatre, convenience store, and more. The initial phase of the project opened in August 2008 and included thirteen residential buildings containing 432 beds, as well as three commercial buildings — more than 678,500 sf in total. The second phase opened in 2009 bringing the total number of beds to 920. Additional phases will bring the community to approximately 1,400 beds. IPA serves as owner, developer, and manager.
