Jennifer Koster
Jennifer Koster has been with IPA for more than 14 years and serves as its Human Resources Director. In that role, she directs, oversees, and administers all strategic human resource functions including team member recruitment and retention, employee development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance and legal issues. Jennifer has a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in human resources and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
