Brenda Monday is a Certified Public Accountant with nearly 20 years of real estate project management experience. Brenda has worked for IPA for nearly 17 years as a Project Manager and has overseen nearly every aspect of the development and construction of medical office buildings and more than 900 apartments, specifically focusing on the correlation of infrastructures and amenities.
